My first trauma occurred at around age 3. This is 30+ years of mental health symptoms. Based on the combination of Bipolar 1 Rapid Cycling (Hardest Bipolar to treat), C-PTSD (7 different major forms of trauma) ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) score of 9 (as high as kids growing up in the projects, in prison or on skid row), Asperger's Syndrome ("high functioning Autism") I should have died around age 13 with suicide or at the latest age 20 suicide. I share my story and content for free to help as many people as possible.

I was going to sign up for assisted suicide at age 35 (current age 33), after begging God to die every night for 13+ years. My first panic attack was at age 7. I do not fear death, I still welcome it as this will finally be a permanent resting place for SUFFERING you cannot write into words. Suicidal depression with horrific trauma is arguably the worst pain you could ever imagine. I am sick and tired of losing people I love, fellow veterans, family members, friends and patients. I will no longer be silent and will never be quiet again because people deserve better!
I am the patient, the clinician and the disabled veteran. I also suffer from a condition called PSSD (Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction) for 6+ years which is a real condition. I do not have full sexual functioning after taking zoloft 6 years ago. I speak out about this and am working on interventions that can help reverse problems that psychiatric medications cause. I have attached below an article that proves this condition is real.
I have tried 16 psychiatric medications including: Abilify, Latuda, Lamictal, Lithium, Zoloft, Wellbutrin, Ritalin, Adderall, Buspar, Ativan, Vistaril, Seroquel, Klonopin, Zyprexa, Caplyta and Cymbalta. I have been hospitalized twice, once for suicidal depression age 31, Manic psychosis related to early childhood trauma exposure as an adult age 32. I was assaulted at a world renowned treatment center and the police dismissed my complaints and the staff did not treat me with human decency or respect. I still may pursue litigation.
Types of trauma
Traumatic grief, sexual abuse, physical abuse, medical trauma, early childhood trauma, complex trauma, bullying, military trauma and many near death experiences.
I have spent over $100,000 on mental health treatments with insurance. Tried 100+ supplements, all religions, spirituality, meditation, exercise, drugs, alcohol, literally anything. The only thing that provides peace and calm in my brain is ketosis. There is more to what I do of course, but this intervention has saved my life. I was running out of time, everyday is extra for me now. Not one day goes by that I do not try to help even just one person. No one should have to suffer like this, and I mean no one period.
